Art Basel Paris runs in The Regent's Park from 14 to 18 October 2026, but much of the week's most interesting digital art is happening throughout the city. This edition is for collectors following Frieze Week in London or from a distance: five digital artists, why they matter now, and how to follow their work. A collector's guide to digital art at Frieze Week, defined by artists who treat technology as material.
1. Wendi Yan | View Artist Profile

Artist and technologist exploring speculative worlds through CGI, digital environments and alternative systems of knowledge.
Wendi Yan’s practice brings together digital art, world-building and speculative narratives to question how knowledge is constructed and how humans relate to the world around them. During Art Basel Paris, she presents work in To Make a World Out of Sediment and Sky, an exhibition curated by Valentina Buzzi at Artverse, bringing together works by Yan and Camilla Alberti. The exhibition explores the intersections between human and more-than-human worlds, inviting viewers to reconsider the relationships between matter, nature and the systems through which we understand our surroundings.

2. Benoit Challand | View Artist Profile

Artist and creative technologist exploring the intersections of artificial intelligence, ritual and human intimacy.
Benoit Challand’s practice examines how emerging technologies reshape our relationships with belief, identity and ourselves. In Confessio, his interactive generative installation, visitors enter a technological sanctuary to share a confession, which is translated through AI into a unique, real-time 3D entity known as a “Vorace.” Presented at Galerie APT 723 in Paris, the work questions whether artificial intelligence is becoming a new form of religion, and what we seek from technology when we look for meaning, connection and absolution.

3. LoVid | View Artist Profile

Interdisciplinary artist duo exploring the intersections of technology, textiles and human perception.
LoVid, formed by Tali Hinkis and Kyle Lapidus, brings together handmade electronics, experimental video, generative imagery and textile-based works to explore how technology shapes contemporary culture and our experience of the world. Their practice moves between digital and physical forms, combining vibrant patterns, glitches and analog processes with tactile materials and traditional craft techniques. In Fréquences Tissées, presented at Galerie Charlot in Paris, the duo explores the dialogue between electronic signals and textile traditions, revealing how seemingly distant worlds of technology and handmade production can intersect.

Tali Hinkis and Kyle Lapidus discuss their beginnings in experimental video and sound, the development of handmade analogue synthesizers, and their transition towards generative art.
4. AlienQueen | View Artist Profile

Digital artist and illustrator exploring the intersections of psychedelia, identity and human experience.
ALIENQUEEN creates vivid, surreal digital imagery that draws on dreams, psychedelics, science fiction and personal memories. Her practice explores themes of love, death, identity and transformation, shaped in part by her family's experience as Cambodian refugees. Combining distorted figures, vibrant colours and fluid compositions, she develops an expressive visual language that moves between the playful and the unsettling, inviting viewers to explore the complexities of human emotion and the boundaries between reality and imagination.

5. Kare | View Artist Profile

Artist exploring the intersections of art, technology and cosmic wonder through phygital practices.
Kare brings together physical and digital worlds through an experimental practice that spans digital art, sculpture and immersive experiences. Drawing on cosmic imagery, lunar cycles and questions of human transformation, her work explores the relationship between technology, nature and spirituality. In Lunar Metamorphosis, her five-year project presented in Paris, she uses the eight phases of the Moon as a framework to reflect on the cyclical nature of existence and the possibility of finding humanity within an increasingly technological world.
