Code of Conduct for all 100 collectors Members

THE SPIRIT OF THE CLUB
100 collectors is a private, collector-first community.
It exists to create space for curiosity, learning, exchange, and meaningful relationships around art, both contemporary and digital.
Members join as collectors.

Many also wear other hats (such as artist, gallerist, advisor, founder, curator) and that diversity enriches the club. What unites everyone here is the willingness to step into the room without an agenda.
The tone we value is thoughtful, generous, discreet, and engaged.

HOW TO SHOW UP
• Participate with curiosity and respect.
• Share experiences, questions, references, and opinions that enrich the way we think about collecting.
• Listen as much as you speak.
• Allow conversations to unfold naturally, without pressure or expectation.

This is a space built on trust. Protecting that trust matters more than visibility.

JOIN AS A COLLECTOR, NOT AS A SELLER
Our community exists for collectors’ curiosity and growth, not for commercial outreach.

Members agree to:

• Participate as collectors, even if they wear multiple hats in the art world.
• Not promote or market their own products, services, professional activities, or companies; publicly or via private messages.
Not use the club to prospect clients, pitch services, or solicit business of any kind.
• Respond privately and respectfully only if a fellow member explicitly seeks professional help. Otherwise, keep interactions collector-focused.

If you are an artist, gallery, advisor, dealer, or service provider:

• You are welcome as a collector.
• Sharing of your work or services happens only through curation by the 100 collectors team, when it serves the community.

If something feels relevant to share, the right approach is always to ask first.

A NON-COMMERCIAL SPACE

The community spaces (Telegram, events, private discussions) are intentionally non-commercial.
Promotion, pitching, solicitation, or repeated self-referencing do not belong in the everyday life of the club.

Events are moments for connection, not transactions.
No uncomfortable sales dynamics, pressure, or performative networking.
Quality over quantity. Presence over promotion.

RESPECT, KINDNESS, AND CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE
100 collectors brings together people with diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, and collecting habits.

Members commit to:

• Treat every member with courtesy and generosity.
• Engage in discussions with openness and curiosity.
• Disagree respectfully and avoid confrontational or dismissive behavior.
• Keep conversations focused on art, collecting, and cultural exchange.
• Never harass, intimidate, belittle, or target others.

We do not tolerate creating a hostile environment in any form.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE SPEECH AND DISCRIMINATION
No expressions of:

• Hate speech
• Racism
• Sexism
• Homophobia or transphobia
• Xenophobia
• Religious or political intolerance
• Personal attacks
• Any degrading or discriminatory language

Any violation of this principle leads to immediate review and may result in removal from the club.

MAINTAIN PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

100 collectors is a private space.
Members agree to:

• Treat all conversations, events, documents, and shared insights as confidential.
• Not share screenshots, comments, or member information outside the club without explicit permission.

Trust is what makes the community possible. Protect it.

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE OR MARKET MANIPULATION
Members agree to:

• Refrain from offering financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Avoid encouraging coordinated purchases, speculation, or market-moving behavior.

We are here to support thoughtful collecting, not trading strategies.

CARE FOR THE COLLECTIVE

To preserve the spirit and quality of the club, the team may moderate discussions, remove content, or intervene when needed. In rare cases of repeated or serious misalignment, access to community spaces or membership may be revoked.

These decisions are made to protect the community, not to police it.

IN ESSENCE

Come as a collector.
Leave the pitch at the door.
Engage with generosity and curiosity.
That’s what makes 100 collectors work.
