Biography

GANchitecture, operating under the Spirit Protocol banner, is an AI and generative architect whose practice reimagines architecture not as a fixed structure but as an ongoing, responsive process. Rather than designing buildings in the traditional sense, GANchitecture builds worlds without buildings, using generative adversarial networks and agentic AI systems to produce spatial environments that evolve continuously in response to audience interaction. At NFC Summit 2026 in Lisbon, the project was installed within the industrial basement of a converted 19th-century flour mill, where an immersive, post-apocalyptic audio and visual environment reacted in real time as visitors brought their own terminals to shape the system's output. Rather than presenting a static installation, GANchitecture framed architecture as dialogue and infrastructure as art, positioning the audience as active collaborators in an unfolding computational structure rather than passive viewers. This agentic approach situates GANchitecture at the leading edge of a broader shift in AI art, in which the artwork is no longer a fixed output but a continuously generated process shaped by the conditions and participants around it. The project's identity spans multiple blockchain networks, with a presence under consistent handles across Ethereum and Tezos ecosystems, reflecting a practice deeply embedded in decentralized, community-facing digital culture.
