31st International Symposium on Electronic/Emerging Art

ISEA2026, the 31st International Symposium on Electronic/Emerging Art, takes place across Dubai from 6–15 November 2026. Under the theme ELYAH: Constellating Place, Data & Identity, it brings together artists, researchers, curators and cultural leaders exploring the evolving relationships between art, science and technology.

ISEA began in the Netherlands in 1988 with the First International Symposium on Electronic Art. Conceived as a meeting point for art, science and emerging technologies, it has since become a leading nomadic international platform, with editions held in cities including Sydney, Montreal, Singapore, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Paris and Seoul.

Hosted by Dubai Culture and Arts Authority in partnership with Zayed University, ISEA2026 features exhibitions, installations, artist talks, workshops and discussions at venues throughout the city. It marks ISEA’s return to Dubai following the city’s first edition in 2014.
