Art Cologne 2026

NOV 5-8, 2026

Cologne

ART COLOGNE is the world’s oldest art fair dedicated to modern and contemporary art. Founded in 1967, it brings together leading international galleries, established artists, emerging voices, collectors, and art professionals in Cologne each year.

The fair presents a broad selection of modern, postwar, and contemporary art, from painting, sculpture, and photography to installations and digital works. Alongside its main gallery presentations, ART COLOGNE supports new artistic positions and younger galleries through dedicated sections and special projects.

With its strong connection to Cologne and the wider Rhineland art scene, ART COLOGNE is both an important marketplace and a place to discover artists, meet galleries, and deepen one’s understanding of collecting.

OFFICE IMPART

At Art Cologne 2026, in the Neumarkt section, Office Impart will present works by Anna Ehrenstein from her latest series, Language of the Soil.

Developed in close collaboration with researcher Ariana Dongus and activists and labor researchers Richard Mathenge, Mophat Okinyi, and Fasica Berhane, Language of the Soil examines the human labor behind the training of artificial intelligence, the moderation of online content, and the platform economy. The project explores the material and social conditions that underpin these systems and asks how the promise of automation relies on labor that remains precarious, underpaid, and largely invisible.
