As part of its grand reopening, the Busan Museum of Art will open its doors with the theme ‘Future Museology’ after its year-long closure for renovations. 'Performance Review' is a long-term artwork by Jonas Lund that treats the exhibition as a live operating system. In this new iteration, developed in collaboration with ZKM Karlsruhe, the project expands from producing and evaluating artworks to framing the museum itself as a system for assigning value, generating context, organizing labor, and constructing institutional meaning.

Performance Review is an exhibition by Jonas Lund that stages an AI-governed production system where artworks, labor, communication, and evaluation become part of the work itself. An autonomous agent directs the creation, evaluation, and circulation of artworks while human labor, operational decisions, and selective transparency are folded into the exhibition as artistic material.

Visitors encounter both the outputs of the system and selected traces of the system that produces them. The exhibition treats administration, delegation, review, communication, and resource allocation as visible artistic material rather than hidden support structure.
