Dearest art friends,
June was a full month for digital art, from the Art Factory at NFC Summit in Lisbon to The Digital Art Summit and Zero 10 Art Basel in Switzerland alongside many gallery and museum shows around the world. Before we slow down for summer, we wanted to share what we saw, published, organized, and kept on our radar with you.
This edition brings together our walkthrough of Zero 10 at Art Basel, highlights from the 100 collectors community, collector-focused research, and a few signals worth following as the digital art conversation continues to expand across fairs, museums, and new formats.
We are bullish for H2. Are you?

"When you zoom out, you see the picture he has created from the region, landscapes from Riyadh. People would not even understand but he takes old scenes of Riyadh and makes them modern, through pixels. "
Khaled Makshoush, a highly acclaimed digital artist from Riyadh, has gained recognition for his expertise in pixel art, characterized by the deliberate use of individual pixels, often small in size, resulting in a distinctive retro aesthetic in the 1980s and 1990s, particularly in the video game industry.
